Amelia Island Lighthouse
Let us take you to the elusive Amelia Island Lighthouse reconstructed here in 1838, brick by brick from her original site on Cumberland Island.  Our driver will tell you all about this beautiful beacon of light that has guided ship Captains for almost 2 centuries.  The lighthouse is still a navigable light maintained by the US Coast Guard and helps boaters travel safely along our coast today.

A portion of your ticket fee is donated to the lighthouse.  This tour is appoximately 45 minutes long.

The Full Monty
The 'Full Monty' Tour is always sure to please the historian and scenic viewer alike.  It combines history with our island hidden delights such as Old Town Fernandina, Eagan's Creek Greenway, Main Beach and the Historic District.  To name a few special sights you will see include the Pipi Longstocking Captain's House, Plaza Fort San Carlos, the oldest miniature golf course in Florida and much, much more.

**Monday thru Friday you will visit and tour the old pogy plant, home of Burbank Sports Nets.  The Burbank family has been manufacturing shrimp and fish trawls by hand for 89 years.

The Full Monty Tour is approximately 1 hour, 30 minutes.

Historic District
Ride with us along some of the most beautiful areas of our 50+ block Historic District where your driver will tell you history, legend, lore and an amusing story or two.  The trolley will cover many of the grand homes still here on Amelia Island and you will view the exteriors of our most popular buildings according to "The National Park Service's National Register of Historic Places".
Here is an excerpt from the NPS.gov website.

"Many of the popular architectural styles of the late 19th and early 20th centuries are represented in residential Fernandina. Among the best examples of these are the Italianate style Fairbanks House with its large square tower (7th Street); the Palace Saloon built in the Beaux Arts style with a period interior, pressed tin ceilings and murals from 1907 (Atlantic Avenue), the Fernandina Beach Courthouse, one of the finest surviving Victorian courthouses in the state (Atlantic Avenue and 5th Street); and Villas Las Palmas, an eclectic California Mission style residence built in 1910. Other fine examples are found in the 100 block of N. 6th Street, called the "Silk Stocking District," where many of Fernandina Beach's most prominent citizens built their homes."

The Historic District Tour is approximately 45-55 minutes long.
